WHEEL’S TRUCK PARTS: Returns and Exchanges Policy 2024
General
All instore purchases are final.
Returns will be given an instore credit or an exchange for other goods.
Online sales must be returned within 30 days for credit or exchange.
To be eligible, all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be given as a store credit.
Please note: Items that are special ordered from outside of Canada are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Return Shipping Instructions
We will provide shipping instructions in the event you need to ship an item back to us. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. For more info, call the West Kelowna Showroom at (250) 769-6006.
Warranties on Goods
Product warranties on new parts purchased at Wheel’s Truck Parts are provided by the original manufacturer. We will process warranty repairs or replacement based on the approval of the original manufacturer. Please call our West Kelowna showroom to discuss any shipping and handling costs before shipping your product back to the showroom. If a part is used, it comes with a 30 day guarantee.
